JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Exam Date
The exam schedule for the JEE (Main) 2025 is announced by the NTA. Candidates who have enrolled to sit in the exam should know that the exam Paper 1 Exam will be administered from 2 to 8 April 2025 with an exam time duration of 03 hours from 09:00 am and 12:00 noon, and 03:00 pm and 06:00 pm across the country.
The JEE Main 2025 Session for Paper 2A and 2B will be administered on April 09, 2025, with an exam duration of 03 hours 30 minutes in a single shift from 03:00 pm to 06:30 pm. Candidates will have reported at the respective exam centre by 08:00 am and 02:00 pm for the examination schedule to be held from 09:00 and 03:00 pm, respectively.
JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Exam Pattern
The National Testing Agency held the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 for Paper 1 and Paper 2B in the CBT mode, and the Paper 2A will be held in CBT cum Pen and Paper-Based mode. In the Paper 1, a total number of 90 MCQs will be asked from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, out of which, only 75 will be required to be touched.
In Paper 2A, there will be 82 questions (Mathematics: 30, Aptitude: 50, Drawing: 2); and in Paper 2B, the number of questions will be 105 (Mathematics: 30, Aptitude: 50, Planning-Based: 25). Each question will carry a weightage of 4 marks, there will be a negative marking schedule of 1 mark only for MCQs.
