NEET PG Application Form 2025, Exam Date, Eligibility Criterias, Apply Online

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences released the NEET UG 2025 application form on 17 April 2025. Important Dates 

The NEET PG 2025 important dates are  released by the NBEMS with the release of notification. You may check the tentative schedule by going through the listed points.

  • Notification: 17 April 2025  
  • Application Form: 17 April to 07 May 2025  
  • Admit Card Release: 11 June 2025  
  • Examination: June 15, 2025  
  • Result (Scorecard): 15 July 2025

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criterias to apply for the NEET PG 2025 is available below, go through the listed points to check that you are eligible to apply or not.

  • One must have pursued an MBBS from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have a valid registration certificate from MCI or a State Medical Council.
  • Furthermore, the candidate must have completed a one-year compulsory rotating internship.

Application Fee 

In order to apply for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) 2025, a candidate who belongs to UR, OBC or EWS is required to deposit ₹3,500/ using the debit card, credit card, NET banking or any other provided payment gateway. The application fee for the SC, ST and PH category candidates is only ₹2,500/-

Exam Pattern 

The NBEMS will held the NEET PG 2025 utilizing CBT mode across the country at various exam centres, a total number of 200 MCQs will be also from the three different sections:

  • Section A: Covers Pre-Clinical subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry.
  • Section B: Includes Para-Clinical subjects such as Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, and Community Medicine.
  • Section C: Focuses on Clinical subjects like Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, ENT, Ophthalmology, and others.

Each question will carry a weightage of 4 marks, and incase of incorrect response 1 mark will be deducted. To touch the maximum number of MCQs, each individual will get an exam time duration of 03 hours, and the medium of exam will be English.
