What after the RRB ALP Result 2024 for CBT-1?

Following the announcement of the result for the first stage of the selection process for ALP under the Indian Railways, qualified candidates will be eligible to participate in the second stage, which is Computer-Based Test (2). It is expected the CBT-2 for the position of ALP will take place in March or April 2025.

In the CBT-2, there will be two papers, in the Paper 1, a total number of 100 MCQs will be asked from Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Basic Science and Engineering, and General Awareness and Current Affairs. Similarly, in Paper 2, there will be 75 MCQs from Relevant Trade.

Each question will carry a weightage of 1 mark and in case of incorrect response ⅓ mark will be deducted, to touch the maximum number of questions in Papers 1 and 2, a candidate will get an exam time duration of 90 minutes and 60 minutes, respectively. The medium of exam will be English and one of the chosen regional languages.
